The E-HEALTH4SENIORS eHealth Literacy Toolkit is a practical and accessible resource designed to strengthen the digital health literacy of adults aged 55+ and support educators working with older learners. It combines Senior Modules and Lesson Plans, covering essential topics such as telemedicine, data privacy, digital health applications, accessibility, patient rights, support resources and self-evaluation.
The Senior Modules provide older adults with clear and practical information to help them better understand and use digital healthcare services. Through accessible content and real-life applications, they support seniors in becoming more confident, informed and independent when navigating digital health.
The Lesson Plans provide adult educators and trainers with structured, ready-to-use learning sessions based on the Toolkit topics. They include learning objectives, teaching methods, practical activities, suggested session flows and evaluation methods, helping educators deliver engaging and accessible digital health training for older learners.
